  • Orders will be packed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

  • Once shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number via WhatsApp.

💰 Payments

  • Payment must be made immediately after placing your order to secure the item.

  • We accept Online Banking, TouchnGo, DuitNow, Debit/Credit Card (Visa/ Master).

🚚 Shipping

  • We use trusted couriers (DHL eCommerce, Poslaju, Ninjavan) for deliveries. 

  • Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location.
