📌 No Cancellations / Returns

All purchases are final—we don’t accept cancellations, refunds, or returns unless there’s a defect with the item you received.

😢 Found a Defect?

Oh no! If your item arrived damaged or defective, please WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving it.

To help us assist you faster, kindly:

  • Send us a clear photo or video of the defect

  • Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Ship it back within 7 days once we approve the return

We’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund 😊

❌ No Refunds/Returns for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size

  • Items damaged after washing or wearing

  • Sale/clearance items
